I had my Mirena IUD out just over a month ago. I had some spotting for about 5 days immediately after removal but then not a thing since then. I was expecting my period two weeks ago, so I took two tests and both were negative, and still no period, which is now becoming a little strange considering I had a period the whole time I had the IUD of 2-3 days very light period. Is this a relatively normal occurrence? Should it be if more concern now or should I give it another week before I give Doc a call?
