Miscarriage. Should I tell ex ?

I F(23) recently ended an engagement. A week after the break up I find out I am pregnant, but I found out because I had a miscarriage. I stopped talking to my now ex. But should I tell him we were expecting but aren’t anymore… I’ve just been alone dealing with this. I saw him yesterday when he picked up some mail. Ive just been rotting alone…

I would. You can support each other through this. You could tell family and friends too to help you

Not sure how things ended him being a jerk or things being friendly. My ex that I had 2 with was the king of all jerks. When I said I was pregnant said I was lying and trying to trap him etc. I dealt with everything alone. I was in my I didn’t want to be alone phase and kept taking him back after cheating. If you guys are friends maybe he would be of some comfort. If not then don’t bother and find online or in person bereavement or pregnancy loss groups. Hospitals usually have them or churches. Let them be your support if he isn’t there. If he’s gonna throw it in your face that you are trying to guilt and manipulate him to try and get back together, or make you feel worse then don’t bother. You know him better than us.

Is your ex still source of comfort for you? I just don’t see much to gain from telling him if he isn’t a support person in your life anymore.

Tbh no I wouldn’t. 
Do you not have family or friends for support during this time? Although I do know the feeling - even with all the love and support in the world, it’s still a gut wrenching and lonely feeling going through it and processing it. Even a year later the grief of it all still hurts.

I would. I feel like he deserves to know he did have a baby on the way at some point. I am so sorry you’re going through this. Don’t keep it in, you’ll go crazy
