I was expecting painful bloating and cramps but instead I'm in so much pain in my shoulders and lower rib cage. Sharp shooting pain and so hard to lay comfortably, even propped up. I read it is most likely trapped carbon dioxide gas. But it I can't sleep, it is so painful. I can't even move to my right side. My whole side/chest full on cramped so bad last time I tried. I've tried my pain meds, light walking, water and peppermint teas. Anyone experienced this and have any tips. I just want to get to sleep.
