I started Femara/Letrozole (5mg) on Friday the 12th and finished my last dose yesterday on the 16th. I started spotting on the 14th and it has continued until today the 17th. It has increased to full red bleeding with some clotting and filled a full tampon (sorry if that's TMI.) Has anyone else dealt with this and went on to actually conceive? I have my trigger on the 19th and I'm worried I'll still be bleeding once we try to start BDing and the little guys won't be able to fight their way to the egg lol
