Ok! We are TTC #1, in our 4th month of trying.. I’ve been using Pregmate OPK, and it’s very reliable, and affordable, but only tests for LH surge, and I’m seeing more and more that particularly for people dealing with hormonal or other challenges (recently diagnosed with hypothyroid! 🙋🏻‍♀️) it might be helpful to test for PDG, estrogen levels, and as a baseline to understand your FSH levels as well (I’m also 34 so ovarian reserve is on my mind!)

I also tried Proov’s 4-in 1 testing this month… and it’s definitely more precise, giving levels in numbers.. But the app and photo upload has been a pain in the butt, nearly getting an inaccurate result 75% of the time. (The customer service very kindly re-reads and edits results in a few hours via email but still, it’s an extra hassle.)

Do you have another brand/kit that you’ve felt was reliable, easy to use, and not $200/month? Thanks in advance! And best of luck to all!! 💙
