Bfp but don’t feel like the tests are progressing

I just found out a couple of days ago that I’m expecting. I don’t feel like the test lines are progressing tho. I took these tests with second morning urine as I forgot both times to use flu. I’ve gone through a couple of loses so I am a little anxious. I’ll be calling tomorrow to make an appointment with my dr.
