Uterus size; faint BFP...

I got a faint BFP during week 3, I had an ultrasound done for other reasons at the beginning of week 4.. Would the uterus be mildly enlarged at 4 weeks pregnant? Also would you see any sign of a viable pregnancy at the beginning of 4 weeks pregnant?
