First ultrasound with our rainbow baby today. Baby actually measured two days head. Heart beat was a strong 175. I’ve been taking oral progesterone this entire pregnancy and getting weekly blood draws. It’s working. PRAISE GOD 🙏🏼🥹🌈🥰😭
