Changing bed time
How do you move a 4 month olds bed time earlier? It seems like if I try and put my baby down before 10:30, she wakes up. I would love for her to go to bed for the night around 9. I tried to establish a bed time routine but baths seem to wake her up more rather than put her to sleep.
