BV or STI?

Hi,

My boyfriend and I have been together for a bit over a year. And we’re faithful to each other. At the beginning of the relationship he got tested negative for sti’s and so did I via urine sample. However last month we’ve had sex after 2 months without it (we were busy with school so we couldn’t see eachother) and ever since I’ve had off-white discharge that smells a bit fishy. I went to the OB yesterday and took a vaginal swab. Is it possible the urine samples we took were not accurate and I have a STI or it’s simply BV? I’m getting the results in two days but I’m very stressed and scared if it turns out to be something serious or incurable.
