Any PCOS success stories?

Hi everyone, 
Im 27 and I have PCOS with extremely irregular periods and I wondered if anyone has conceived naturally? I’ve been trying now for about 2 years and honestly for most of my sexually active years I haven’t used protection and I’ve never managed to get pregnant. I’m starting to think that I’m infertile and will never get pregnant 😭
I’m going through the process of getting meds for my PCOS but it’s taking forever 😭

I’ve discussed with a doctor recently and I’ve been told in every small occasion, they diagnose with PCOS. And also she told me to be diagnosed with PCOS, you should have almost no periods and start growing man like beard. Also when it’s checked online, if you have irregular periods, you directly have PCOS which is encouraging and not good. 
But changing eating habits (literally leaving processed food, sugar, flour and minimal amounts of carb) for like half a year and very minimal exercise (just trying to be more active or outgoing will do btw, no need for any drastic change ) will probably heal what you have. I believe what we are eating nowadays is messing up with our health and fertility. And it’s the real root cause.

Hi, I just got diagnosed with PCOS last month. I finally got diagnosed after being told to just get on BC to regulate my cycle. Me and my partner have been together for 5 years and never naturally conceived. When I got diagnosed, I was put on metformin for my insulin resistance and Letrozole to help ovulate. I just got my BFP on my first cycle. Im also 27, btw!

I was diagnosed with PCOS in my 20s and am just starting my second round of TTC after taking a mental break. I read a book called “Getting Pregnant With PCOS” and it really helped me feel like I was able to get my body ready. It helped me figure out what supplements would be best for me, how to enhance my diet and more! I’m currently on metformin and I’m
hoping this will be my year for pregnancy. Hope this helps!

I've had PCOS since I was 11 and annovulation since I was 15. I only mestrate and ovulate 1-3 times a year MAX. I got pregnant the 1st try with the baby I miscarried after ovulating for the 1st time in a decade. My cycle and ovulation didn't return so we did a round of ovulation induction with Clomid and I got pregnant the first round with our oldest. I got pregnant at 5 months pp on a random passionate night that got carried away with our 2nd child. This baby I got pregnant the 1st time I ovulated in 19 months, again a random passionate night that got carried away. My husband is really in tune with my body and as soon as I'm ovulating he somehow just knows and pounces and the next thing I know I'm pregnant.

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18, I have really irregular cycles and was told I rarely ovulate so that I’d most likely need medication to conceive. I hadn’t had my period since May 2023 and found out this Thanksgiving that I’m pregnant. It was a complete surprise and shock for my husband and I and happened naturally, I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant and expecting my first baby June 2024

I have PCOS here and I’ve had to take Letrozole to conceive my son but got pregnant this time around just taking (and then upping) metformin. I was supposed to be taking 2 a day and was only taking 1 and it wasn’t helping me. As soon as I started taking the 2 a day I started ovulating and having a cycle again.
