Acid reflux…I think ?

I’m having a horrible time sleeping . Acid reflux is kicking my butt . Any remedies ?

Antacid liquids are good. Tablets don’t work but the liquid should help your throat and oesophagus. Also prop yourself up to sleep.

I've had it on and off, I'm trying to eat less at night and a glass of milk after dinner, so far seems to be helping. I've also been sleeping with an extra pillow, so my head is way higher now. It's a soft pillow so it's not super uncomfortable.
