I'm five days late. I haven't had sex so I'm not pregnant,  no medicine changes, I'm only 26 so it can't be menopause right? I don't think I'm overweight, I haven't been stressed so WTF???

Periods can be late for many reason such as Stress, diet, weight change, medication, illness, change in routine, travel or exercise which can all delay ovulation
