Wtf most foul smell down there!

So I’ve been having sex with this guy I’ve been seeing for a very long time. Recently we had active sex while I was on my period and right after.

Anyway , after I’ve gotten off my period. While we were having sex I noticed a smell. 2 days later I found out it’s me!!! It’s been probably 4 days now and MY DISCHARGE SMELLS SO FOUL. LIKE SPOILED MILK. NOT FISH. Just SPOILED. And the consistency is creamy but so smooth like watery ( but it’s white and creamy but runny)

Doesn’t itch. Doesn’t burn. My discharge just smells so f bad. What could this be???? It’s not going away never had this in my life
