Need Help

My last period was January 3 and it lasted til the 5 and January the 2nd I had spotting it was brown then I started having a period for two days then the fifth it was light and it seemed like it went away had sex that day a little blood came out put a pad back on and I didn’t have anymore come out should I be worried?? I usually have five days periods really heavy I did give birth a year ago and 1 month
