Low Hemoglobin

So I am 10 weeks and I went in to get my labs drawn like normal and my first ultrasound. Well my hemoglobin was 8.4 (normal is 12-16) and my dr hasn’t addressed it at all. The only reason I know is because I have it on my healthcare portal. Should I be concerned that she hasn’t said anything?!
