Is this okay to give to my 6 month old? It has skim milk in it so I just wanna make sure that’s okay for her !!

Why not? Its just yogurt. Id get full fat though

Yes. Full fat yogurt is better though. Babies need fat. 
If baby can drink formula with lactose in it, yogurt is definitely not going to be an issue.
