Working out
Hi ☺️
I’m 25+1 and was wondering when everyone stopped working out? I currently go to the gym twice a week. I do 30 minutes on a stair master and then do several exercises on a mat including squats with an 8kg kettle bell, none of which I didn’t do before I was pregnant, in fact I have scaled back my workouts.
I just wanted to know when everyone stopped working out as they found it too difficult?
