I had my first weekly appointment today. My blood pressure was higher than normal ( I’m usually around 98/70 and it has increased to 121/71) but doctor says unless it gets to over 140 not to worry. I got the Group B strep test it was not bad at all and super fast. I also got checked for the first time and doctor says my cervix is soft which means the Rasberry leaf tea has been doing it’s job and I’m 1cm dilated.

How long did it take for you all to to get into labor after dilating your first cm?
