We recently lost our baby boy at 10 weeks due to trisomy 22, well we intend to try and have another baby again, since we knew what this baby was we had already started calling him by the name we loved. I have always intended to use the name regardless of gender because it was my grandpas name and I love it so much for so many reasons, but now I’m wondering if it feels like I’m taking the son we lost name away or dishonoring his memory in some way if we go on to use the name for the next baby?
