exercise while pregnant??
so i’m a daycare teacher so i get mild exercise chasing my toddlers around the classroom and playing tag and such all day. but i wouldn’t consider it real exercise. i’ve been losing weight due to eating better but i just found out im pregnant with my 2nd and really want to have a VBAC and want to exercise to prepare my body for labor and delivery. in doing so im sure id lose some weight, but is that bad?? is that unsafe to lose weight in a pregnancy? i don’t want to be unsafe but i also don’t want to sit on my butt all day just bc im pregnant and didn’t exercise before getting pregnant lol. any advice or testimonials?
