Reliable tests?!?

How reliable are the first response strip tests? 💁🏾‍♀️We have to do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> to get pregnant with our first so was NOT expecting this…..what would you say about this test??? 14dpo today, period is a no show. First pic is at time limit and second is after 1-2 mins.
