Sophomore in college and don't know what I want to major in

Hey, I'm a sophomore in college and I don't know what I want to major in. At first, my major was psychology but I changed it because I felt like I couldn't help myself when it came to life problems so what do I look like trying to help someone else. So I decided to change it to elementary education because I love kids and I like working with them too( part time job at a per school/ daycare). However, it's not something that I want to do either. All I know is that I want to help people. I need HELP, please.
