Currently 37wks 3 days with my first

Everything has been smooth sailing the whole pregnancy, but yesterday at my weekly she noticed baby is measuring a little under where shes supposed to be. She sent us for an asap ultrasound at the hospital & we got it done, well dr called today & said they need another asap "umbilical cord doppler" ultrasound & right after i need to come in for a NST, then NST's twice a week until she is here. Trying my suuuuper best not to worry or stress- anyone else have previous experience? What should i expect- would they induce me THIS early? What are they needing from this nst?

Anything is appreciated as my mother/ friends around me haven't been through this kind of thing🩷
