trip to the doctor?

hi everyone!! so i completely missed my period with

3 negative pregnancy test. but just now i woke up with pretty moderate lower abdominal pain (right side), right side back pain and a little bit in my right leg. 
can’t help but think either my appendix is bursting or im having an ectopic pregnancy. is it worth the trip to urgent care or am i being overdramatic

Your period is late because you ovulated late. If you don’t have frequent unprotected sex then you don’t have to worry.
A test is accurate 14 days after sex and practically definitive 21 days after.
Try taking a Tylenol or ibuprofen and if your pain doesn’t go away then it’s fine to reach out to urgent care. But an ectopic pregnancy would still give you a positive test

Urgent care seems overdramatic. I'd take some tylenol and rest a bit. There are many potential causes, and your appendix or ectopic pregnancy are not at the top of the list.
