Hi I’m 17 F ( almost 18 ) I had like sex on

September 6th -7th and 10th I think of last year (2023 ) I’ve had a scare in late August. Making my stomach hurt and nauseous // it stopped then came back and hasn’t went away I would always have heavy periods. On the second day every 1 hr or 30 mins I would have to change lately I’ve been stressing that my pregnant and don’t know ( cryptic ) even though I think I had a period after it very very light so idk if that’s because of stress but then recently I got on birth control then had ultrasounds around maybe 7 weeks ( they saw a “ ovarian cyst ) after then I tested at 2weeks ( twice ) then tested at 10 weeks ( I think ) all negative accept for one it was a leak in the dye .. then I had a transnational ultrasound and CT after that the “ cyst “ was actually “endometriosis” or a infection could I really be pregnant or could my birth control be making me sick ?? I don’t get periods anymore but I’m just so unsure because I’ve heard you can have symptoms and. The “baby “ can like not show up it doesn’t help when I get the word “ CYPRIC PREGNANCY “ on TikTok saying oh you can still have symptoms and ultra sounds and you can still be pregnant wth? I’m trying to get a OBYN. Too see what’s wrong with me but my most worried is me being pregnant yes I know I should be having sex at 17 ect but I stopped on September 10th. Btw we used to pull out methods and. We were RARELY active since we live in different states ( about 2 hrs away give or take ) again I do have autism so the thought stays even if I’ve been told I’m not. But give or take so you guys have any idea ? ( I’m scared over cypric being more common in teens according to google ) I KNOW it’s very rare but. This sickness is confusing me like making my mind day “ OMG what if ?’ Omg omg what i give birth “ ect LIKE WTH MIND?! Like go away thoughts ! But has anyone had a sick feeling and lower pelvic pain with birth control ? ( the one that doesn’t can cause cancer ).. I’m sorry for all the reading but I’m honestly confused about the whole cypric and these “ symptoms “. Are tricking my brain ps is be about 19weeks and 6 days Although endo “ can’t be diagnosed on a ultra sound or ct the doctors claimed they say endo. Or a infection -
