I had a miscarriage a few weeks ago and I didn’t take prenatal vitamins until I was already 4 and a half weeks which is when we found out my doctor told me prenatal vitamins can prevent certain birth defects which could cause a miscarriage and I just realized with my daughter who is alive and well I started taking them a month before conceiving her so I’m curious if me not taking the prenatals was the cause of this miscarriage I know there’s no way to be certain I’m just curious do any of you have any insight on this like did u take prenatals a month before and then baby was healthy and got pregnant with another baby but forgot to take them before hand and had a miscarriage?
