Strange discharge

Recently had unpleasant smelling yellow/green discharge. Went to the clinic had all the swabs came back negative for everything execpt thrush. Because of the odour the doctor gave me antibiotics to treat bv as i get it a lot. However im currently on said antibiotics and this is what my discharge looks like, in my underwear its lumpy and WET so im just really confused
