16 month sleep help

Our little one is 16 months old. His sleep has recently been disturbed due to his molars coming through (that was awful) We seem to have gotten into a bad habbit of more day sleep, going to bed early which then leads to the early morning wakes (around 5am). I know too much day sleep and early bedtimes contribute to early morning wakes but what do you think is best to do to help combat these? Hes currently waking around 5-5.30am, napping 10.30 - 1 then bed around 7-7.30pm. We ideally want his nap to be about 2hrs, with bed closer to 8pm as this is what he has previously done and it works for him. Would you give him a little cat nap (15m) around 9.30am ish then we can can do a longer nap around 12.30pm or would you do 2 nap days for abit maybe around 9-10am then 2-3pm? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊
