Plan B not work?

I keep a good track of my cycle. Posting on 1/28. I ovulated from 1/2-1/8. Took a plan B on 1/13. My period was supposed to start 1/22. From 1/19-1/20 I had this dark brown discharge with small clots only when I wiped. I don’t normally spot like ever and didn’t the last time I took a plan B. I took a pregnancy test Tuesday 1/23 that was negative. I’ve had plan B delay my period but never for this long I’ve also never taken it after ovulation before. I know the pill doesn’t work during ovulation but I thought I’d be good 5 days after ovulation.

It sounds like you don’t understand how plan b works. 
Plan be works by delaying ovulation. If you’re already ovulating or ovulation has passed, it has no job. 
It’s a hormonal medication.  It’s going to impact your period and just because this or that symptom didn’t happen last time doesn’t mean it won’t this time.

Depends on if you’re actually tracking or just relying on the app. Plan b can delay your cycle for months sometimes and cause spotting.

You don’t seem understand how your cycle works? You don’t ovulate over a week, you ovulate at the end of your fertile window it’s only 1 day this happens.
You can’t take plan b 5 days after you think you ovulated that’s not how it works it’s meant to prevent it so you take it before otherwise it’s not effective. Please ready the leaflet
You had a period of some kind so not likely to be pregnant 
you took plan b and it can impact your cycle for up to 3 month so it’s a common side effect 
You need to look into proper contraception and learn about your cycle more
