pls help!

My boyfriend and I have been together for 7 years & live together. We were each others firsts. When we first started having sex there would be an equal amount of foreplay for both of us, I’d blow him, he’d finger me, that kind of stuff. I’ve asked him to go down on me but he says he doesn’t like the feeling.

Now though, we only have sex every so often (like maybe once every 3 weeks) when it comes to us having sex, he makes out with me for a couple minutes, makes me blow him, and then will maybe have sex with me.

I’ve voiced my opinion on how I’d like more foreplay and something more than me blowing him and a quickie but there hasn’t been any change.

It’s starting to make me feel insecure like I’m either the problem or he’s not attracted to me or something.

It’s bugging me a lot and I’m not sure how to solve this
