Hey guys, I had a question, if I’m tracking my ovulation per opk’s and I know that they’re negative. do I have to have sex every day during my fertile window? so far I had sex three days in a row 😮‍💨, today I just wanna give it a break. My opk are negative right now. I just wanna daybreak and get back started tomorrow. Do I have to have sex every day?

You can have sex every 2 to 3 days leading up to your first positive opk of you want. Doing it every day before a surge doesnt increase your chances.

If theyre negative, you dont have to time intercourse. Its fine to wait until the opk is positive before having timed intercourse.
