Looking for insight

Hi yall! I’m a newbie at TTC so bear with me. I was on Norethindrone for birth control for a year and a half. I had a period every month on the birth control. My last period was 12/21-12/24. I stopped my birth control 12/31 and began testing for ovulation 1/2. I have yet to see a fully positive ovulation test, and am now very late for my period. I have never missed a period in my life. I’ve taken pregnancy tests and they’ve been negative. (Last one was 1/30). I’m starting to get extremely concerned that something is wrong. I called my doctor to schedule an appointment and will be seeing her 2/8 but just wanted to know if anyone has ever had experience with this birth control or a similar situation and could provide some insight?
