does this look like baby acne or something else?? my son never had it but our littlest does!

Heat rash. Nothing to worry

Looks like baby acne to me. Both my daughters had it. Will go away on its own. Xxx

Looks like either baby acne or a heat rash. My son and daughter both got heat rashes when we would do contact naps or if they were held close for a long period of time.
