I’m confused, PLEASE HELP!!!

So my husband and I have decided we will start trying to conceive baby #3. I have been on the copper IUD since I had my daughter back in 2019. I had my regular period 1/2/24 & removed my IUD on 1/25/24. My hubby and I have been active everyday since the removal. My question is, is it too early to get pregnant? I’m 2 days late but I’m confused because I’m never late, so I’m not sure if it’s because my IUD removal and maybe it delayed my period or can it be possible to conceive that quickly even if my ovulation phase was before my IUD removal?
