If have an ovarian cyst would a CT scan see it?

I’m having pains that remind me of when I had an ovarian cyst that was all twisted up and ended up rupturing. I’m having intense pain in the ovary area. If I had a CT scan recently for other reasons, would the radiologist been able to see it and if they could would they acknowledge it? I know they mentioned my IUD being inside my uterus so I figure if I had a cyst they would have said something about that too. Don’t know how one could pop up that fast since then.
