Need advice!

Ok i might be overthinking too much, im 21 btw and hes 22, but Ive been with my boyfriend for a year and 3 months but he never brings up a topic of our future together and whenever i would try bringing it up, he avoids it. Idk if its too early to talk about those things but he seems to avoid it. And another thing is that he likes other girls pics on social media who are like half naked and ive talked to him about it and he’ll stop for a little then do it again. I know he loves me but what do i do? Are these red flags? I need help.
