White nursery furniture?

I’m having baby no. 3 and we just found out recently that we’re having our first girl. I’m looking for a crib now and I have it narrowed down to two, but with the rest of the room and things I have picked out, white will look the best and it would be the easiest to get a dresser in the same colour at IKEA.

This might be a dumb question, but I’m curious to hear from those who have white nursery furniture how it held up after a few years once babies are toddlers and play more in their room. I know white will be more prone to showing dirt, but I’m curious just how bad for cleaning it will be or if I’m just simply overthinking it and thinking of issues that won’t actually happen
