My daughter is almost 8 months and can’t sleep on her own.I let her in the crib for 2h and can’t fall asleep she constantly plays with the pacifier or goes tummy and finally she starts crying.Even the day naps are the same I have always to put her in the bed with me during naps to stay with her like 2h to fall asleep and at night the same she moves a lot even in bed with me and i can’t sleep im constantly watching her and trying to put her to sleep.

I’m physically and mentally exhausted.

Please teach me how to make her fall asleep on her own.

She slept so good until around 6m.
