This toothbrush is nontoxic and works great for little ones. My 2yo still uses this one, but my 6yo uses the kids version. 
Both of my kids use Risewell toothpaste. It’s hydroxyapatite which remineralizes teeth, is nontoxic, and tastes good. My kids love the cake batter flavor. Do not use fluoride because it’s a neurotoxin and should only be used once kids can completely spit it out. Even then, we avoid fluoride in our household for everyone.

My kids use this one right now and will also use mine or my husbands. My kids have used this since 4.5m old.
My 15m old uses the small Colgate toothbrush and brushes his own teeth after I do a scrub. My daughter has been using a spin toothbrush since 22m. She brushes her own teeth with me watching.
