Pregnant and can’t have sex

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and my bf is super horny. The thought of sex makes me nauseous and sick to my stomach . I’ve explained this to my bf multiple times and he feels rejected by me. I don’t like him rubbing on me because I feel like he wants sex out of me and it’s making me sick literally. Idk if something is wrong with me and I feel bad that we haven’t had sex since I was about 5 weeks. Any advice ?
