Fluid in cervix 20 weeks pregnant?

Had my 20 week anatomy scan today and they saw fluid in my cervix? I didn’t experience this my first pregnancy… should I worry? What does that mean?

Answer

It depends on what the fluid is. Could be from a bleed, could be amniotic fluid or it could just be discharge
