Getting married and trying for a baby!

Hi We are currently trying for a baby, have been for a 4mths I'm 42 so the clock is ticking! We are getting married in October dress venue etc all sorted just worried incase I fall pregnant and can't fit in my dress, anyone know if this dress could be altered if it happens!?? It was very expensive 🙈👇Tia xx
