I have been trying for over a year now to get pregnant again after my last miscarriage in October of 2022 and I just can't seem to... My SO and I have been trying so hard but every month I'm completely shattered after AF arrives, I thought for sure this month was the one but no I started bleeding in the middle of my shift at work and I knew it was my period, but I had all the symptoms that were making me think I was maybe pregnant again (I know period and pregnancy symptoms are pretty identical but I was having the same symptoms this month I had when I was pregnant with my twins) I want to see a fertility specialist but I live in a little town I'd have to travel real far to go see one but both me and my partner work and I don't have a license right now, I just wish i could get pregnant 😞
