What’s your favorite dish to cook that absolutely everyone love to eat and thinks is delicious?

Any Palestinian food!
My husband is Palestinian, so when we have a gathering he will cook things like Musakhan, Maqloubah, stuffed vine leaves, or lamb with spiced rice.

My famous chicken noodle soup OR veggie soup . 
& My famous Alfredo.
