Dark Spots and...?

UPDATE 5/7 - it is indeed Hidradentitis Suppurativa. Officially diagnosed.

I've asked a doctor once about this, she said it was ingrown hairs. I don't believe it. I had a lot.of labwork done recently for a now four month missing period. My DHEA levels are low and my Cortisol levels are, too. She is sending me to endocrinology. Any thoughts?
