Unexplained infertility

Hi new to the group as I’m having an Alice and Emma test to see if I have endometriosis. I have unexplained secondary infertility after late miscarriage. I also have period type cramps from ovulation till my period on and off. I don’t have pain during sex or going to the toilet though which I see is one of the symptoms. Does this mean I don’t have it or is it still possible to have it without that symptom?
