Any moms on here BF and drink wine ?
No judgment, and I haven’t done this regularly except for once, but do any moms here breast feed but also have a glass of wine every night ? As a mom of 3 I feel like I need the relaxation you get from it. The first time I had a cup I waited 2 hours to breastfeed but I want to know if anyone else here does this often ?
