Teething at 2.5 months?!?

Baby has been fussier than normal the past few days, drooling, and putting his hand in his mouth constantly even after feedings. Is it possible he is teething this early?? His gums don’t look inflamed to us. This is our first so we don’t know what it looks like or what to expect. Photos are attached. Please help!!

Not even close to teeth popping.
Everything you described is just normal development. 
He found his mouth. He’s finding comfort in his hands in his mouth. Fussiness is from growing pains. There’s a big growth spurt and leap around 3m.
