So I’m 4w and 3days today, went to the E.R. Yesterday to confirm pregnancy, my hcg levels are at 169.9 I get them tested again tomorrow. I have no symptoms besides sore breasts and slight cramping, is that normal ? Told Dr about the cramping told me it’s completely normal as the baby is implanting into my uterus. I’m not spotting or bleeding so I’m glad about that. This is my second pregnancy first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and I was spotting so just a little concerned trying not to stress myself out and just be positive. Also I started a prenatal but it was a cheap brand, what’s a good brand of prenatal ? Fingers crossed and prayers are needed that my hcg levels double by tomorrow please
